Delete Your Account

Use this form to request permanent deletion of your Eresteo account and associated Personal Data.

Before you proceed

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. This will:

  • Delete your profile and account information
  • Remove location history and other Personal Data associated with the account, subject to limited legal retention requirements
  • Remove you from connected groups and contacts where applicable
  • Delete content and media associated with the account where applicable

Deleting your Eresteo account does not necessarily cancel a subscription managed by Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another external payment provider. Cancel such subscriptions separately through that provider.

If the form does not submit, email support@eresteo.com from the email address associated with your account.

What happens next?

After submitting your request:

  • You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours
  • Your account will be scheduled for deletion
  • Data deletion will be completed within 30 days
  • Some data may be retained longer if required by law

If you change your mind, contact us at support@eresteo.com before the deletion is processed.
